"Pleasant welcome & clean room. Negatives: Tiny tv English Bfast poor quality ingredients 10.30am booking out not acceptable ..particularly when paying £493 for 3 nights & then having to pay an extra £25 to book out at 12. A shame because staff all very friendly but obviously let down by greedy owners."

"Stay here at least once a month and they are always very helpful. The one only downside is the toilet paper they provide. I take my own as it is very infant school like paper. 😁 Clean rooms, bathrooms good and housekeeping are excellent."

"Check in was slow and room was not ready until 3.20pm, the room had not been set up with correct bed and towels etc. we were a large group staying for a wedding and the delays were disappointing wedding venue itself is lovely"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Bathroom sink had hair on it! The bar man at the bar was so rude like he didn’t want to be there! Which made us uncomfortable! All the other staff were lovely, excellent breakfast."
