"Check in was seamless, modern lovely Hotel, bar and outside area very good! Room however boiling hot, thin walls. Poor pool times for children! Asked in the morning if it was possible (only two people in the pool) if we could go in with our two year old to be told absolutely not before 10am. Anyone that has children know they wake well before that so 10am is a pointless time! Would be better off 7-10 not 10-12! Was a big let down! 3-5pm but was full of adults so morning time when it was so...

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay, the perfect retreat. We arrived early, had a lovely walk through the gardens and past into a wooded area. Then we were able to use the leisure facilities until our room was ready. The room was clean with everything we needed. We had a deluxe king riom and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We booked for dinner in the evening and we couldn't have enjoyed the food more, it was delicious! Highly recommended the stone bass! We had back massages the following...

"When checking in at 7pm on the Saturday night the man who greeted us at the desk was very polite and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in great detail and couldnt do enough to help, for example when we asked he gave us extra towels and tea ect. Would 100000% stay again"

"Im a very fussy traveller.. the room was clean, smelt fresh and was comfortable. However the sofa bed could do with stain removal and the auto AC should be able to turn off - we were freezing most of the time as it keot coming back on after turning it off. "

"Lovely refurbished room. No bath but a lovely walk in shower. No fridge in room or bottled water in the room unfortunately. Nice courtyard area for drinks. The breakfast was nice. Plenty to choose from. "
