"We had an amazing experience at this resort! The landscaping is beautiful and there’s tons of wildlife. We were visiting the resort while the riviera side was still under construction, therefore we were unable to access some areas of the resort. Also, due to construction some restaurants are currently not available/ available every night of the week so be sure to book with the front desk for best results! The resort is very very clean, and the rooms are beautiful we stayed in a garden view room and had great cleaning services and mini bar restock each day. And the staff are all very friendly! The food was a 9/10 for us, the à la carte restaurants were amazing, and the buffet always had good selections and lots of food, chefs are always standing waiting to make some things to order. The drinks were great, although we experienced some differences between the same drink at different bars across the resort. Unfortunately we went during peak sargasm season and were not willing to walk through roughly 20ft of it to the clearer waters, but it is better during off seasons apparently! The entertainment was great with a mixture of shows each night. Would 100% go again and maybe book a platinum room during a lower sargasm season!"

"Food was fantastic. The beach was gorgeous. Loved the infinity pool. The restaurant and pool staff was friendly and attentive. Evening entertainment was good. Only downfall was the irritability by some of the bartenders when I asked for a mocktail instead of a cocktail."

"The staff was friendly and the place was always clean. Food was superb buffet was fresh and the dinners at night were great. They had some evening shows by the pool and some live music at night to listen to. The ocean was only a short walk around the corner (approx 2 min.) and shopping downtown was right down the street. "

"I recently visited with my 6 month old and husband and we loved our stay. We had a complimentary crib in our suite which was very spacious and cleaned everyday . Property was beautiful and we have no complaints about the food. I will mention when ordering room service the quality of food wasn’t the best but when visiting any of the buffets and restaurants it was excellent. Staff was helpful but we had an issue with bell boys never showing up to collect our luggage from our room for checkout . Overall it felt relaxing , calm and spacious the beaches were beautiful . Very kid friendly . I do wish they had more variety and options when it comes to entertainment but overall we enjoyed our stay with only a couple minor inconveniences."

"The beach was lovely, while everyone around us had the cabanas ours had palm trees for shade instead which was really nice. Food was good for the most part, the Japanese and Italian restaurant were really good! The lunch buffet was definitely one of the stars, had a great variety of food that was really good. The steak house was okay, the fillet I had asked for medium was well done all around the edges and wasn’t medium up until the very middle of the steak. The bartenders were great, the cocktails of the day in the main lobby were phenomenal as well! Room service and staff were super friendly, we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The pool is great. The staff is great. The property is beautiful. Everything is very clean. The new decor is very nice. There is no door to separate the room from the tub. The shower floor is extremely slippery! Be very careful! I requested two specific rooms, next to each other. I was given the room numbers I requested BUT was not told they changed to sequence of numbers, therefore did NOT get the rooms I wanted. Also, expected to be on the Riviera side (which was supposed to be done by my check in) but was put in the Sunset side. The buffets are very small, not like they used to be with No fun theme nights. Not enough bar staff. The staff driving the little trolly on property are the fantastic! Hope you all are lucky enough to have Bernie as your driver! I have been to this resort 6 times and will continue to return with a knowledge to lower my expectations. Just not the same. "
