"The room was nicely decorated and spacious, but there were small roaches which I can understand we are in mountains; however, they were many. Our view was obstructed by a light pole. The bathroom was awkward given the bathtub was wobbly and floor got wet which is a tripping hazard."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center...

"The hotel was ok for the price that we’ve paid. Stayed for three nights for a family of three. Breakfast was ok too. Hotel does not provide an iron and iron board. The room smelled musty and the room itself and bathroom could used some touching up. The shower pressure and water temperature was great. Location was excellent because it was right across the street from the night market and many other shops. Would we stay here again? More than likely no."
