"We love the imperial super hotel the one thing i was disappointed with was lack of info with the drinks vouchers 7pm to 11pm we were at the soul festival at the winter gardens so we couldn't really use your bar but i know not to order them again"

"Our stay at the president was satisfactory it had a comfortable bed and a lift the man that greeted us at breakfast was such a lovley friendly man and the breakfasts were amazing 👏 "

"Nice hotel, perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds, decent breakfasts and amenities in the room. Pool was fantastic. Shame the games room was out of order but looked like it would have been fun for the little one. Tram stop right across the road for access into the centre and a decent car park that is cheap if paid through the hotel itself. We had a lovely stay as a family of 4."

"Refurbished hotel looking very clean,bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front,drinks in bar good prices,the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful,tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront,overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend "

"Pine Lake resort is in a beautiful location with easy access to the motorway and A6. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The studio accommodation is lovely which is spacious, clean and has great facilities. All the things you would need at home you'll find in your room. I've stayed at the Pine Lake resort several times before and is always at top of my list for somewhere to stay in the area. Definitely would recommend here."

"This is the second time of staying at Indigo. Its a nice hotel and conveniently located. They offer a discounted rate at the nearby NCP. The bed springs are a bit uncomfortable but overall the room was lovely."
