"This has now taken the place of my favourite Hotel in Blackpool! Shame it's taken me 20 years to discover it! Martin was very welcoming and his long experience as an entertainer is clear to see - he enthralled my son with magic tricks and the unexpected Puppet museum was a highlight of the trip. Very conveniently located for the North Pier and Blackpool Tower, the hotel was very clean, rooms a decent size, fantastic breakfast - sausages in particular very good - a great place to stay. We'll be back next year for sure. Thankyou! "

"The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the price. "

"When we arrived got to we had not got breakfast but we had, she then apologies for a roof leak on the staircase. When we got back from the sole suit at 10pm she was moving people into other rooms she said roof was leaking due to the amount of rain however our room was dry but we had no electricity she said we could go find another hotel and have a refund or say and get a discount as we would be going straight to bed we said ok get a discount. We did get breakfast and it was ok. It’s now two weeks and still no discount even though they said we would get 50% back."
