"Clean room, great staff, couldn’t believe all the complimentary snacks and beverages in the room. Great views from the lounge."

"Overall the hotel was good. The location was great as it was central to the airport and the city centre. Right next door to the zoo. The room was a bit dated with basic furniture, matress was too soft and not much space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good."

Breakfast was very good and the fitness center was good. We never received the complimentary bottle of wine that was mentioned on Expedia when I booked nor was I offered an upgrade. "
