I arrived late at the hotel bcos my driver lost his way. It was pretty scary during the night time as there are no street lights. Once reaching the resort, the staff was helpful and check me in with no hustle. I stayed in the 2-storey hut, with the room at the top floor and the toilet at the lower ground. It was pretty scary to go down to the toilet in the middle of night where the place is so near to the jungle. Bad imagination did cross the head. It was quite an experience. Everything is so...

Found hospitality service very professional. They were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Location is good since hotel isn't away from downtown Alabang and shuttle service is complimentary to malls nearby.
If ever in Alabang, will stay there again without hesitation.

I was only in Manila for a couple of days on business, and instead of staying at one of the internationally-branded hotels, took a chance on a new little gem. While the Henry is certainly equipped like a 5-star hotel, the quality of experience rates above what would one would expect for the price, and on par with far more expensive properties. The renovation/restoration from pre-war houses to boutique hotel is top rate. The food in the quaint restaurant is of high quality and reasonable...

What is pleasing about this premise:
1) accommodating and pleasant staff service and quality; efficient check-in and check-out process
2) good location at Manila Bay, relatively near to attraction - seated besides the Ocean Park, opposite of Rizal Park, 200m from the famous restaurant Harbour View, 1km from Intramuros
What could be improved:
1) the spread of breakfast is below par; even the choices of local dishes is too little
