"Amazing place to nature loving individuals. They have such an amazing and welcoming staff all over the resort. We had experienced disruptions on room service couple of times. Rooms stinks sometimes. Overall, beach and food was so nice."

"Very nice luxurious lobby as well as the lobby area surrounding. Nice long pool, however, needs so much better maintenance in the guest rooms, bathroom, shower, mattress and much more importantly sanitation for PEST (bed bugs, roaches, etc.) control overall. Don’t think will be coming back. "

"Property is great and rooms are good too. I recommend the hotel but stay away from their excursions, they are scammers. I always booked at the hotel because I thought it was better and safer not here. "
