"had the finest club oceanfront suite which was beautiful. we had our 10yo so upgrading to club was not worth the extra cost because specialty restaurants for families just barely better than buffet and regular restaurants. club pool and beach area not any better than main pool/beach. they did a good job clearing seaweed from beach. service and staff were great except the day before we left we requested housekeeping which never came. got back to our messy room in the evening and called concierge who told us will send housekeeping, no one came so i called back 2 hours later and just asked for new towels and tissue which arrived an hour later. overall this is a beautiful resort with typical all inclusive food and entertainment. my son enjoyed the trampoline bubble in the main pool. if you’re looking for a relaxing and worry free vacation, you won’t be disappointed. if you’re looking to party, look somewhere else."
