"Super Lage, nur über die Fußgängerpromenade und man ist direkt am Meer (schöner Sandstrand und flacher Zugang zum Wasser). "Si viajan en modo vacaciones, no se hospeden aquí sí es que les importa descansar bien. Al ser una residencia de estudiantes hay muchos chicos universitarios hablando fuerte a altas horas de la noche o corriendo por los pasillos, lo que es esperable siendo una residencia universitaria.
