"Le lit n est pas fait,la chambre pas nettoyee. Bon accueil a la reception. Petit dejeuner tres moyen, avec des moments ou il n y a plus rien et on est obliger de demander. Spa tres bien et accueil sympathique. En fait il manque un management qui controle plus, heureusement que les employes font leur possible."

I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in.
