Nice place, staff friendly, clean place, will booking for next trip

Clean room and beach with helpful stuff. Worth recommending👍

Very clean

It was indeed a fantastic experience from the time we stepped into your premises till the time we left. Everyone from the guard at the entrance, to your front office right up till housekeeping - everyone whom we met during our stay were so friendly and accommodating and were always willing to assist in any possible way. The ambience was very much to our liking - breathtaking vistas, clean, comfortable and tasteful. Ask for the traditional massage....You won’t regret it. We take this...

I like the hotel surrounding, very natural, fresh air, very relaxing place for short night to out from the busy city

I think this is the best hotel in Kuantan. It has all the amenities and facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and right next to the beach, it really gives a resort feeling not too far of a drive from KL. But just a note for improvement, being a hotel that is on the beach and with pools, you should provide drying rack in each room. It's all about a very good night sleep in a cosy and super comfortable bed and in a very clean room. Hotel still very new and most of all good housekeeping. Hats off for the management and staff. Met all my expectations.

Quiet and peaceful area. Convenient for for and entertainment, just walking distance.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice food. Recommended!

Amenities are absolutely satisfying, the staffs, the cleanliness and location. It was easy to get around because the hotel is located nearby CapitaMall and Berjaya Megamall. Would love to stay at Rocana again if I get the chance to travel to Kuantan in the future. Recommended for temporary stay and if you're not planning on spending the whole day at the hotel (especially for those attending weddings).

great overall

My second time staying at hotel.Very pleased with the room, clean, tidy and surprisingly quiet despite fully booked. The staff are just super.

Wonderful place next to the beach. Love the TV channels from across the world.
