"Good location"

"The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money."

"生演奏を聴くことができました。 癒されました！"

"We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa. "

"The hotel located walking distance from Karuizawa station and Kyu Karuizawa Ginza. Room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was delicious!"
