"The moment i walked in i felt safe with security on site 24/7. I had no issue about my safety. The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room. "We travelled with family of four from Australia. Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again. "

"I’ve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. "

"It is a relatively new hotel, so still clean and not showing signs of wear and tear yet. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The only couple of issues we had were the length of time it took for our luggage to be delivered to the room, and that if things ran out at breakfast it wasn't spotted unless you pointed it out to them."
