"The Hotel did not allow the guest to check in because they do not know anything about Expedia. I need a full refund of the money I paid. Could you imagine traveling a long distance to that end and thinking you were going to be rest and you are faced with such embarrassment. I NEED A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!"

"The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both."

"Very friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable beds. Didn’t eat there so can’t speak for the food. The room seemed a bit small for two people with two suitcases and carry on bags. It’s unfortunate that the rooms with the bath tubs only have the twin beds. As a couple who wanted a bathtub we had no choice but to take the room with two single beds."

"We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !"

"We stayed there five days and were really satisfied with the hotel. The staff helped us with everything, our room and the restaurant were clean and well maintained. Any problems we had got solved immediately. As a westerner going out on the street especially at late hours was risky. We got harrased, shouted at quite often and once even got followed by some creepy person. We found it a lot safer ro order the taxi and stay near the building with the security who were always really helpful. "

"There is Mpesa nearby and K1 club which is like a 7mins walk. The lights in the room didn’t all work, the step to the bathroom is broken, it floods when taking a shower and the bathroom corners have clearly not been scrubbed in ages. The rooftop bar is not a hype as people say, no music playing hence it’s not busy at all. I don’t think I would book again. It’s a 2 star hotel "
