"Breakfast was great!"

"I found the front desk staff to be unprofessional and focused on charging me more than what had been agreed upon. Before my arrival, we had confirmed by email that the airport pickup would cost $35. However, when I checked out, the staff insisted that I pay $40 instead. I spent about 30 minutes discussing the issue with them and showed them the email confirming the agreed price of $35, but they continued to demand $40. This experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling disappointed...

"Very great hotel with the convenience’s of onsite dining and close to multiple additional shopping access. Within walking distance to Yaya shopping center with additional dining and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. Would stay here again and again."

"The staff were very pleasant. The reception ladies were so kind and helpful as I was travelling in and out of the hospital. Kelvin was really friendly in helping out. The breakfast food and food in general should have more options but it wasw really good."
