Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown. He was the first person I spoke to when we made our reservations at the spur of the moment and we were so upset about our home being destroyed and he took over and took care of us the entire stay which was very lengthy!
