Kentucky Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Property itself is good, clean. However the night we arrived there was no parking. There was one spot opened at an electric car charging station. After driving around we parked there, left front desk know and that we'd check back shortly to move car to where a parking spot opened up. The desk person was rude about it and said we'd be towed because what if someone with electric car checked in then that guest would have no parking. I did say but we are guests too, we need to park. They then told us not to try to park at the closed restaurant next door or anywhere else. Very unwelcoming attitude. We had to watch and wait half hour until a staff member left their shift then we took their spot .Very inconvenient. "

"I have always wanted to stay at this historic hotel and finally had the chance. It did not disappoint. The hotel is such a pleasant change from the same old hotel chain. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were all awesome besides the breakfast guy. I came down at 10:40am on Sunday and he said I could not order anything because they "were about to close". He should have just closed then if he was going to turn everyone away at that point. Ridiculous! Bedroom was a little small, they should definitely put the TV up on the wall so you can have that table for extra stuff."

"Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. The fourth room was ok. I will say you can hear the highway pretty good. I will say the pool was on the cool side dor being heated. I will not be staying there again. The guy at the front desk was super nice and lady bot as friendly"

"Room was great with king size. Shower was great also. Definitely recommend hotel to stay at even though no pool or weight room. No one under 21 allowed at location."
