"The staff was amazing. One of our TVs didn’t work and the maintenance gentleman was so amazing. The you g lady at the front desk was sweet as well. I’m not sure what laundry soap they use but it does not smell good. In fact it stinks. A couple of our towels were not white and had hair in them. The sheets and blankets also smelled of whatever soap they use and its was not pleasant. The soap and shower gel also smell terrible. I have stayed and worse hotels with better scents. "This property is a very nice place to stay. The lobby is beautiful and very cozy to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pool is very nice along with the workout center. We definitely will stay at this hotel again when visiting the Cincinnati area. The room was nice and very quiet. The breakfast buffet available downstairs is something we will try at our next visit when we don't have such a tight schedule. Highly recommend this hotel!"
