"Just choose another place to stay this is not it.point blank.every cloth seat was dirty .room sink leaking. Elevator broke the one that did work was super slow for the parking TV in the main bedroom kept going on and off... The good. Staff and maintenance was very helpful and me and my son enjoyed the breakfast in the morning."

"Lovely hotel. Spacious bedroom with excellent shower and we appreciated the games in the room. The nicest mid-west hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were very pleasant and communal areas really nice and smelt amazing. Restaurant was breakfast was excellent."

"The reviews online seemed fantastic and for the price I was thrilled. Checking in was through a video, there was no one at the desk but it went smooth and staff was friendly. Our room however had an awful smell in it of cigarettes, the sheets were dirty with stains and crumbs in both beds. We found John who was the maintenance man. "Our room was not cleaned, the hotel was dated and hallways smelled musty. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable."

"I guess they were doing some updates at the hotel. They did not have any non-smoking rooms. Paint in the tub/shower was peeling in moat areas. Tight quarters for the toilet and tub in same "closet". Only need it for one night thankfully."

"We stayed 3 days so the kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a few miles radius. Staff were all very engaging and extremely helpful."

"We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. "

"The extra sink and medium size refrigerator/freezer is big deal for us. Nice bed with good mattress and good breakfast. When we travel Home 2 Suites is our preferred place to stay."

"I arrived early from the airport and staff made sure I was in a room well before my check in time. I was very grateful! The room was clean, very quiet for being so close to an airport. I enjoyed the restaurant for multiple meals and found the food quality and portions to be very enjoyable."
