"I appreciated closeness to airport and the shuttle. However, the wake up call we were offered never came and we woke up 30 minutes after the call should have come. My friend still made her flight but it prevented her from grabbing something from the breakfast and started the day with tension and frustration. The hotel itself was fine. Ice and snacks near the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. If the wake up call had come in, I'd probably be giving it the 5th star. ...

"We booked a 3 night stay for a long weekend visit from out of state and the location was perfect. Convenient distance from the grocery store and all the attractions we wanted to visit. Amenities were very convenient and saved us a lot of money and trouble. We will absolutely stay here again! "

"Amazing service, friendly and attentive. Upon entering our room we found water in the bathroom cabinet to which maintenance reaponded immediately. The rooms were otherwise clean, spacious. The hotel listed queen beds however it felt smaller as our bed at home is queen and my 2 kids didnt fit one the bed with me like at home. The pool was open and we had it to ourselves for anout 2 hours. The bbq grills were easy to use and the outdoor space was inviting to wnjoy a few hours with the kids...

"Everything was great, except the hot tub seemed to have way too many chemicals, it burned my eyes to just stand on the side of the hot tub (which was disappointing since the hot tub was a big point to why we chose this hotel)"

"Expedia or whoever manages the choices of rooms needs to renew the options for this property. Staff told me King sized bed rooms don't come with a couch bed. Fortunately they gave me a portable mattress so it wasn't a problem."
