"The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. Really overcrowded to the point it made it uncomfortable. Many families with children occupied the pool and seating...

"We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend."
