We were thankfully able to check in early since we had a wedding to attend at 4:00, went quickly and easily. Hotel itself needs updating, several ceiling tiles were stained and sagging. Rooms okay but need some bathroom maintenance.

The place smelled, lots of homeless walking around in and outside of the hotel. Bed sheets had stains and hairs. I asked for a refund was told i booked it through Expedia so they couldn't do anything. Called the insurance offered by Expedia and was told they still need to see if they approve my claim and need to fill out additional paperwork.

This was a completely run down property. It did not offer any kind of comfort to actually relax. Everything and I do mean everything was dirty, stained, smelly and whatever else you can think of just fill in the blank. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. It smelled musty & felt stuffy. The location is convenient, however, the area didn’t feel particularly safe for a single female. Being so close to the expressway & Q-trip, I could hear loud cars & motorcycles. The breakfast closed at 9:00am on Saturday & Sunday so I didn’t get to eat after my half marathon race.
