"I stayed in two rooms due to me extending so I had to recheck in because of a family emergency however both rooms had a stench to it, one smelled like a cat may have urinated inside previously and the other smelled like mustiness. I thought it was just me feeling this way but when my daughter visited , she confirmed what I was smelling. Also the second room 301 had ants that actually got inside of my clothes and personal belongings. Other than that I guess the visit was a little less than fair...

"This was our second time staying here. When we have events in KC, it’s so much easier and nicer(and cheaper) to stay at this Stoney Creek Inn! Good breakfast buffet, clean room and free parking!! It’s our go to!"

"Pictures don’t do this place justice. Checking in was fine, but as soon as I walked in the side door to my room I was immediately hit with a cloud of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Even once I got to my room this never went away. Upon getting to my room there was what I could only describe as blood stains on the bed comforter and sheets. Also, I don’t even know what was on the walls. I was in the room for no less than 5 minutes and already booked another hotel room and immediately left. 5 days...

"This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed.
On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend."
