"The woman I checked in with was friendly. My room was not ready at check-in time. The bathroom was very dirty. Had a pneumonia like smell there was hair still in the tub. The caulking was molding. There isn’t enough visible light in the mirror. The hotel had leaking ceiling throughout. The vents in the cafeteria were completely covered in dust, like they’ve never been touched. The hotel was quiet, so I got in the sleep that I needed. However, I would not stay here again."

Ice near elevators. Elevator sounded like cables about to snap. When mentioned to front desk, they said they knew. I replied I hoped it was safe. "The staff was excellent! The property overall is beginning renovations which is necessary! Our key cards kept losing power which was an inconvenience. I know they had tornado damage as our window leaked a bit! Parking was free and water bottles were free. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and look forward to the new renovations. I love the location and proximity to my family."

"It was a bit outdated overall. The room was not as clean as it could have been and there was not hot water. The smell was that dated smell. The bed was clean, but the detergent made me and my daughter break out. It wasn't a great experience but it was okay, it was only for 1 night."

"The place is very dirty. Seems to be a place where the locals gather to party. Maybe some people living in there. Make it a last option or go on down to the next exit. The lady st rhe front desk was great but thats where anything good about the property ends."
