"The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work...

"What a great little place to stay. We needed last minute lodging on the way to a trade show and this was the perfect spot. Got in late. Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Clean room. "In town for business; usually stay at the Hampton Inn but just getting so pricey for what I need. This hotel is a really nice surprise in the quaint downtown area. It’s like coming to stay at grandma’s house. Very comfy and cozy and the bed in my fourth floor room was A+ super comfortable. Checked out a couple of little antique stores and bought a trinket. Ate at Chilis nearby all good. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was especially accommodating in getting us in 2 hours early on our check in. Very helpful as we were attending our grandson’s funeral, and we were wanting to spend as much time as possible before the service. This early check in allowed us that. (Thank you Melissa)"
