"When I booked I requested to be on bottom floor since I just had hip surgery. Was even sent an email from site stating they would be happy to accommodate. Then we arrive and we are on 2nd floor with no elevator. I had to go up on stairs with a cane taking chance of falling. Don’t understand no king beds on bottom floor. Guy at front desk helped us carry stuff in but there wasn’t anyone when we left. As my husband stated “one and done.” Very bad experience,"

"Loved the room, furniture and curtains were great. Very nice sink, the water in the shower went from hot to cold a bit too easily, but very manageable. Front desk were a great help, I forgot my toothbrush/toothpaste but they had extra for me to use. Friendly and flexible, gave me a late check-out with no fuss. Great time and restaurant too!"
