I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. "When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. "Desk was friendly, however food on floor in lobby that only need swept, was there over night. Room was clean. Typed Sign saying no food in room, is that comfort policy? They do not want to clean."
