"Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up.
Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows.
Heat is not controlled by room thermostat.
Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK
Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb."
