"Beautiful hotel with excellent views and a lovely pool. The staff were accommodating to our needs and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom shower and soap dispensers need some maintenance/replacing and the grouting needs some mould spray. I would also prefer a keycard entry for the room if possible as the keys were very bulky to carry in a pocket. But overall, we had a great time and would consider returning."

"This is an apart room above a bar with the same name. There were 2 other rooms on the first floor. We stayed 3 people family in front facing room which was around 30 m2 with a nice balcony and a bathroom. it must have been recently and tastefully built as it looked new. The towels were very new and clean. It is very centrally located in Urla, it can`t be any central than this. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, so pretty noisy. It is like 20m to the pedestrian only streets. But during our 2 night stay the noise outside did not bother us, the AC worked well, and the windows did block most of the noise. Car park is a problem, we were able to park on the street which was a bit chaotic -dusty street with construction everywhere but it was ok. We were told there were near by parking areas, but we managed without it. As for improvements, the room did not have any hangers, the 3rd bed was a bit noisy when you moved. There was only one trash can in the bathroom next to toilet, but not in the room. There was no TV (they probably thought you should not be watching TV with everything going on around you). You could also hear the other room`s doors open-and close clearly, but we did not hear anything other than that. Finally the outside door did not have any locks, although the property had cameras in the corridors. Overall, the location and condition of Pietra was great and it was definitely good value for the money. We would stay here again for sure."
