"部屋に暖房器具がなく、少し寒さを感じました。ただ物凄い寒波襲来時だったので、普通の寒さなら大丈夫なのかもしれません。 ホテルスタッフの方々は皆さん親切で、年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越し蕎麦を振舞っていただいたり、おせちのバイキング、オムレツのトッピング増量など、楽しい年越しとなりました。年末の花火打ち上げは大寒波の中で見に行けず残念でしたが、音だけで想像力を働かせて楽しみました。 楽しい家族旅行となり、大満足でした。"

"Super amazing hotel. Slightly dated but very clean and family friendly. Important thing is a ski in ski out with great buffet dinner for food. We had snow crab legs free flow!!! "

"Public bath was too crowded. There were no spaces for us. So, I didn’t use it, But the hotel asked us to pay Onsen tax. I think it should be included in the price when I booked. "

"Stayed 2 nights in the lovely B&B. The host (Ayami san) and the International staff were fantastic and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, welcoming, and service with a smile. English is not a problem. Ayami san was very kind to pick me up and drop me off at the train station as there is no taxi service. The rooms are basic but clean, spacious, comfy beds, heated floors, strong wifi, and beautiful views of the surrounding woods. Toilet, wash room, and shower rooms are shared...
