The front desk ladies did not speak English at all. They said can only provide paper statement or electric copy. They can not provide both. This sounds ridiculous.

室内はとても清潔かつ整頓されていました。 水回りがとても綺麗なので安心して利用できました。 内窓があること、エアコンが各部屋にあること、ガスファンヒーターやオイルヒーターなど暖房設備もしっかりしており、寒さを感じませんでした。 子ども連れでの利用でしたが、子ども用の布団やシャンプーも用意してくださっていて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

エアコンの効き目が悪かったので めっちゃ寒かったです! ほぼ外と同じ温度って感じ? 料理するならキッチンペーパーと 割り箸などあると良きです!! お風呂は、湯船はなくシャワーのみ! シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ付き! ドライヤーと歯ブラシも置いてありました! 立地がよく買い物は非常に楽です! ですが、新幹線の走る音が 「ゴゴゴゴゴ」って聞こえます! なかなかの騒音です笑 騒音は置いといて手 ゆったりのんびりできたので また利用したいです!!!
