"Accidentally made reservation, wrong hotel wrong airport misleading info on the site. I Cancelled right away after booking, and hotel said no problem, can give u refund, to call the booking site. I did, and agent says they have to contact property. They say can never get hold of property, and neither was honorable to reverse my reservation, they will not give me my cancel nor refund as promised. They wouldn’t even cancel it, hello. How can u force someone to keep a reservation? Bogus...

"Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view of Bosphorus. Amazing Spa, pool, Turkish Hamam and great roof top restaurant. You can easily spend a week just inside the hotel and be satisfied. The hotel located in the heart of Istanbul, you can easily walk to many touristic attractions and also have a short walk to the water front restaurants and stores. We loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Istanbul."
