"Our family of 4 stay at Sunscape was excellent, very family oriented. Fun activities for all ages. All of the entertainment staff were amazing. The food was great with a lot of options. Our room was comfortable. Already planning another trip back. "

"Best if used as a hotel instead of a "resort". The staff were generally fantastic but the facility shows its age. The breakfast buffet was terrible and very overpriced. Grab a pastry from the market and head into town for lunch. Alcohol was very very expensive if bought outside a meal plan. Some of our bills rivaled LA or Vegas mid high level restaurants, but food was not on par. Spot meals at the sports bar were decent however. "

"Very clean and nice hotel with accommodating staff. They also organize a decent amount of events to keep you occupied if that's what you're into. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is becuase we waited over an hour for breakfast on the rooftop on our last day which put a bit of a damper on the return travels."

"We were impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. The friendly and helpful staff. My first time in Cancun and it was beautiful. Access to the beach was easy and the area well maintained. Pools were kept clean and easy to get to. The food was amazing. The morning buffet, the cappuccino bar to the five choices of restaurants in the evening. "

"We had wonderful stay at Majestic. Everything was great. Krystel from Expedia is awesome. She accommodated everything we asked for. She is amazing. "

"Rooms where awesome with ocean view but there was a catch, the lights on the porch automaticly come on at dawn until around 11 pm which made the jet tub a little uncomfotable. The food was really bad. At the buffet some items remained all day round when it was supposed to be cycled three times a day. Portions at the resturant where very small, you needed to order two. Then when you ordered two the waiters would get frustrated. We left the resort three evenings for dinner at a cost. Excursion...

"The pools were nice the lack of bathrooms was a concern one for the entire beach area and pool areas there was one in the lobby area one one the 6th floor pool adults only area none in any of the restaurants they were very crowded the rooms were nice all the staff were very nice they did a very nice job of keeping the area clean"
