Top Isla Mujeres Hotel Reviews

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres – All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Had a wonderful experience. The rooms and views are stunning."

Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Property was great and staff were amazing, especially the butlers. The only disappointment was the food. It was just ok, deserts were horrible. I would have paid extra just to have better food. Also, I paid for dinner on the beach and there ended up being two other couples 10 feet in either side of us so not really worth the money."

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"On our flight home now and I wanted to leave a review while it’s still fresh. We stayed for 1 week in Oct 10th-17th. The hotel and grounds itself were excellent as expected, with numerous dining spots and lunch/breakfast buffets the Grand Palladium did not disappoint. The food was excellent overall, especially the seafood and ceviche at the buffets, the Tuna and Salmon were always top notch. Over and above the amenities and restaurants would be the staff, every staff member we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, my personal favourite would have to be Emiliano and Jackie with the POP (People of Palladium) team, we did water aerobics almost everyday as well as a guacamole making class and a margarita making class, I can’t say enough good things about the people, they made our stay much more enjoyable and I feel the connection you make with people on vacation far outweighs the nice rooms or resort grounds even though these were excellent as well. So thank you again to everyone at Grand Palladium, we had a great time and made memories that will stay with my family for years. All the best and can’t wait to come back!"

Atelier Playa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first visit to Atelier and we would highly recommend. The resort was top notch from top to bottom! We had a regular king junior suite on floor 2, building 2. Higher floors definitely have better views, but it was 100% fine! We did like building 2 because of proximity to the main pool and restaurants, entertainment etc. Building 3 was beautiful, but definitely serene and quiet. The service was outstanding no matter where you are at on resort! Our favorite restaurants for dinner are Los Abrazos and Cilento! And lunch Suspiro. Room service dining also very good! Fun activities by the main pool and some great service and fun swim up bars too. We are not huge on going to shows, but they had nightly entertainment in different areas and also the night club stays open to 3A. Also, great craft cocktails at Calle! Super fun mixologists! Good mix of crowd age-wise…lots of newlyweds! Only complaint was the a/c in room. It was freezing and we couldn’t regulate or even turn off! But overall amazing property and we will be back!"

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great overall stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun! The resort was clean, everyone was friendly, and the drink selection was great. Our butler, Molly, was absolutely amazing and deserves special recognition for taking such good care of us. There were a few areas that could use improvement. At the Brazilian steakhouse, we would have liked more variety in the cuts of meat, more frequent service bringing them around, and better availability of the different options. The prices in the resort shops were also a bit high. Our biggest disappointment was the swim-out pool. The water was consistently so cold that we didn’t use it a single time during our stay. We were really looking forward to enjoying that feature, so it was disappointing to have it go unused. Heating the swim-out pools would make a huge difference. Overall, we enjoyed our time here, and the friendly staff—especially Molly—were a highlight. Improving the swim-out pool temperature would have made our stay even better!"
