He was on the ball, reassuring, extremely helpful with my handicapped husband, and totally calming after a very rough day! If he is typical of the staff I know the place will always be great, but he truly made it for me. He will go far! Hopefully Clayton will keep promoting him up the ranks! In our entire miserable trip, his attitude and help, ended our trip successfully! Cannot give Seun enough...

"The noise was ridiculous throughout the night. Loud bangs from what sounded like bin being filled with glass both out in the alleyway and in the corridor. Booked a superior room and found out I was stuck in an annex in a 'Premier Inn' part of the building. The restaurant 'Toddy's' was disgusting. Ordered the lamb and it was inedible due the fat and gristle. Breakfast was really good however in the gallery. The say Breakfast is the same in both sections but I spotted a few extra fruits the next...

"Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things. Unable to open a window was difficult as room was stuffy and the fan control system wasn't very powerful."

"We had a great time and booked in for an extra night. The staff were amazing. So friendly and same staff over the few days so me and my daughter got to know them a little. The music was brilliant by Tony Floyd Kenna and they were so nice to my daughter. She made some pictures for them and they put her name in a song . So it will be lovely memories for her. We loved the comfort of the room and enjoyed the breakfast. I will recommend the Hendrick and stay there again if we are going through...

"Die Lage ist unschlagbar, aber warum kaputte Teppiche mit riesen Lücken vom Management geduldet werden verstehe ich nicht. So erhält das Zimmer einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Zumal das Hotel eigentlich eine Perle ist. Wirklich sehr schade. Dadurch fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl. "
