"Centrally located, clean, friendly staff, and most important...safe. I am a female solo traveler and have never felt more safe in any other place. You need to key card through multiple areas to arrive at your room, which I appreciated. The facilities were clean and updated. Staff was super friendly. "Great hotel and staff. The only drawback was a courtyard interior facing room on a corner by a walkway…limited privacy and I missed fresh air during a 4 nite stay. Great location so would stay again but exterior."

"Hotel was a little walk from "downtown". But the hotel was quiet, clean and the front desk was very helpful. They held our bags at the end of our trip until we were ready to leave. Let us check in and go into our room at 10am with no extra charge. Sometimes the wait for the elevator would take a few minutes but that wasnt a big issue. About a 15 minute easy walk from the train station. But no issues here and would stay again. "

"The room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing that needs address (including for students that normally live there) is that there is absolutely no privacy on the higher floors. For some reason the lower floor rooms has the bottom half of the window with privacy glass but not higher up rooms meaning that rooms opposite can see right into each other unless the whole blind is pulled down!
