"The TV in rooms could be bigger.
Robes would be nice to use sauna etc
We had issues with the shower. It dropped on my head as I was shampooing my hair.
No damage.
It's a costly stay for basic breakfast.
Proper coffee would be nice.
Beds are comfy but only one pillow. Two different ones would be great. Preference there for guests"

"We had a beautiful waterview room. The room was beautiful. I only wish we had more time! The falcon walk with Collin and Mary was more than we hoped for. It is as the book says "one of the thousand things to do before you die". The afternoon tea was delightful. We also had dinner in the Dungeon Room. The front desk did all our reservations before we arrived. We are looking forward to a return trip!"

"Breakfast was delicious, staff were very nice and accommodating. Bar is stunning, I am a cocktail person and the drinks were delicious! Hotel its self is very clean and all the decor was what we were expecting. "

"Wonderful location and property. Staff were so attentive, greeting us you upon arrival and throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. Super clean, comfy beds, great food, amenities walks, views, such a wonderful place.
I was only booked for three nights and ended up staying for 6, ha ha....be back again on my next trip"
