"Overall the hotel was amazing! Stayed two nights and my stay was fantastic. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had about the area that I had. Hotel was really beautiful and well themed as an old time ironworks place in the early 1900’s. My room was beautiful and nicer than I thought it would be. "This is a nice hotel, but VERY weirdly laid out. You enter at one end and need COMPLICATED directions to take SEVERAL halls to get to your room in what appears to be another building (but all under one roof). It seemed a long way to drag in a suitcase. The TV cable would go out while I was watching and then turn itself back on slowly, causing loss of punch lines in a comedy. Bummer! But the amenities were great and the towels were nice."

"Okay staff is really nice but the building is under construction and there was some leaks from the ceilings at random places, I truly appreciate the staff but they need to be more clean and on it with mopping the rooms and cleaning the rug. The steam room was unclean and the sauna, breakfast was 10/10."

"Wonderful experience! We were in town to watch a sporting event at Gainbridge Arena. Easy walk to the area. Rooms were clean and updated and the bed and pillows were really comfy. I would definitely stay here again."
