Cari Hotel di Illinois

"入り口入ってすぐにスロープが無かったので、スーツケース等重たい荷物がある時は要注意です。"

"The room and the facility were just right, and the location was lovely. But the best thing about the stay was the helpfulness and interest from the staff. From upgrading our room (to include the great view!), to helping us find one of the five Starbucks Roasterys in the world, and storing our luggage after we checked out, the service was personal and effective. Jock was especially helpful, and really seemed to enjoy helping us with every part of our stay. I would definitely return to this...

"It was ok. Needs a big remodel to bring it back to it’s former glory and not just some boring gray hellscape"

"Great location, Hotel clean, staff were helpful and quick completing the necessary business."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Kins Hotel. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, and it was actually much larger than the images we had seen when booking, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. From the reception staff and valet team to the cleaners, everyone was welcoming, professional and always happy to assist whenever we had a question. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Kins Hotel and wouldn’t...

"8/10"

"The room was very nice and clean. It was very walkable when staying in downtown Chicago and very convenient. Parking is a hassle. We had to park in a public lot because that was cheap cheaper than valet. The restaurant they have on site is yummy and has a fun bartender. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback to the room or the pillows were not very comfortable, and the shower was leaking out the side of the door."

"Very helpful staff and excellent location."

"Clean room with plenty of room and bed to stretch out. Great restaurants and top retail stores within walking distance. Polished staff. Limited breakfast options."

"Older hotel. Everything seemed tight (room, hallways, elevator. Sometimes it takes a while for valet since the drivers had to manage two hotels, averaging around 10-15min. The staff were very friendly though. Would I stay here again? Probably not."

"Hotel was very clean, grateful housekeeping came in everyday and provided clean towels. Room view was very nice and as advertised."

"Excellent location!"
