"Visited explorers back in 2019 for the first time and although it’s not the most fancy hotel it was clean, fresh and good for money but returning this year I was so disappointed! The hotel smells like a sweaty play zone you would take your kids too run around, the transfer bus takes forever and everyone is desperate for the bus it’s like the titanic! I have a 6 month baby and was feeding him while on the bus, and I had to tell someone can they stop pushing as I am holding a baby. Will not be...

"This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties.
But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price.
Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude!
Book it for the location rather than the service! "

"Located right next to one of Paris Central stations . If you are passing through Paris is a good place to stay. However, if you plan to stay for a few days , I recommend staying on another centrally located hotel ( this hotel is 30 min by car to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions) . Please use the forward entrance of the hotel as the back entrance looks like very unsafe. Very good breakfast, food on the room service was tasteless. Staff was very nice. Overall 3/5."
