"The room was very clean. The beds need to be updated, very uncomfortable. Pillows were exceptionally small. Breakfast buffet was cold and we didn't get there very late. All things considered, room was adequate."

"The mattress were 25 yr old saggy steel spring uncomfortable mattress hvac was 25 years old. Good thing it’s not hot weather in Boise. For that hotel condition is way overpriced, $50 at most. I thought it would be convenient but there are better choices a few minutes away."

"Initially at check-in we were given keys to an occupied room. This is a dangerous oversight. Items could be stolen, privacy violated. A short while later they figured it out and gave us a different room. Overall the town and proximity is great."
