"There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. "Laundry room was well maintained, very convenient. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is up to date, the kitchenette has a full size refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The only thing is that there is no pool, no exercise room and no complimentary breakfast."
