"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. "This was a very nice apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was very noisy however as there was drilling going on. The fridge, was more like a freezer as it froze everything in it. But other than that I would highly recommend it. "

"We had a suite (1 bedroom and lounge converted into 2 beds) on the 5th floor facing the river Danube. It was clean, very quiet but also quite hot (radiator under sink in bathroom was on full blast when we arrived and the aircon didn’t do anything. The bathroom was a bit smelly even at that height (drains). This lessened when the shower etc had been used and was fine if you kept the bathroom door shut! It was worth it for the view and location though but I’d definitely rate it more a 3 star...

"Great location on Pest side by the river and a bridge to get to the Buda side. One block from Vaci street with many restaurants, cafes, and tourist shops. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable if you like firm. Staff is very accommodating. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Wonderful sauna!!! The wellness center has water, towels, workout equipment, sauna (2 temps) and showers. Very quiet. We had a wonderful stay. "

"Had breakfast in our room. A little disappointing as the food could have been warmer and there was no butter for the toast; well I say toast … the bread had probably only had 5-10 secs in the toaster and no colour whatsoever. Had a massage at the Spa which was excellent."

"One comment to hotel management team to take action asap. Hotel staff asked to pay for parking €28 while my booking via Expedia was clearly offered as free valley parking… no extra charges!! No upgrades When I reminded hotel staff & requested full refund for being charged €28 they agreed but funny thing until today funds wasn’t refunded to my credit card!?
