"I paid over $2,400 for two rooms for one night, so I expected a luxury experience. We arrived at 1:00 p.m., left our luggage, and spent the afternoon waiting for the text to let us know our rooms were ready. We didn't receive that notification until 4:52 p.m., so we had to wait around before we could access our rooms. Both rooms were in the older part of the hotel. "Everything was well and clean great staff. Service was a bit slow some areas at the Restaurant and the pool area outside but overall was ok. The drinks were pricey a bit and not much alcohol taste in it and I didn’t like the way that they kick people out of the pool to serve for several hours for cleaning.."

"The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us. The upkeep of the rooms was not what we hoped for. I.E, all of the windows were quite dirty, washer out of order, absolutely terrible water pressure, the glass shower doors would hit each other hard/need adjustment, the room's patio which was at lease 600 sq ft was very dirty, it could have used some sort of floor coating/finish. "The staff were terrific and the place was well kept. We upgraded to a higher floor with ocean view. The view was stunning, the best. My only down was where the location of the A.C. vent was, made sleeping uncomfortable at times."
