"We had some doubts about the area when we arrived but the apartment was excellent - kitchen had everything we needed. Public transport (bus) & Wooloworth were about 300m away. Internet in the area wasn't great but the WIFI in the apartment was excellent"

"Lovely room and convenient location. The pool and saunas were great (pool was very cold though and there are only a few chairs and no hooks anywhere to hang bags etc which seemed uninviting) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel and some time in Hobart."

"The room was clean but set up with 2 extra beds and the room was not large enough for 4 people. We only had 2 and it was still a bit small. Not like the photos on the site."

"Great historic hotel in a convenient location. FYI I was ticketed for parking in the pickup/drop off area for less than 5 minutes in order to get the parking pass for the garage - not the hotel’s fault but Hobart traffic cops are apparently a bunch of a**holes so be aware if you need to park a car."
