"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back."

"We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay"

"Excellent resort will equiped for families and children needs excellent food and drinks The only issue is because of it’s popularity it is too busy with many children running around and loud noises. Family room is too small and little privacy However very recommended for families"

"This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification. The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. "We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. "Gorgeous hotel, very modern and everything looks so lovely. Sunsets are beautiful. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is the food. I wasn’t blown away by it at all - even at the à la cartes."

"Service is great. But property itself is very ran down. Broken windows , air conditioners are on a last HP. They need to be renovated big time. Well anyways I am not sure if whole Crete is like this or it’s just this hotel but I wouldn’t pay this money again to stay here. If it was half the price I would consider."

"We booked a loft suite for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left what more can you say other than.. Brilliant. The hotel is really well laid out and whilst it’s big it never gives the feeling of an all inclusive full of guests. If you want privacy, relaxation and away from the normal crowds then this is a great choice. The food is brilliant and honestly the choice and quality is fantastic. The desserts are something else.
