"This resort is stunning. Unfortunately, we were stuck with 3 days of cold, wind and rain while we were there, so didn't even get to fully enjoy it in its entirety. Even still, we had a wonderful time. Our room was beautiful with a pool view and private hot tub on our balcony. The biggest highlight to us was the FOOD!! Rarely do we walk away from an all-inclusive resort raving about the food, but by far, the best food we've ever had at a resort. Delicious meals with plenty of options. Drinks were...

"It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....

"Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay."

"The property was amazing! The only bummer is the pools are unheated and is a bummer as you cant swim in the water or pools this time of year. I would wish they could at least heat the kid pool."

"The reason we chose this hotel is because it claims “Self-parking included” on the Expedia booking site. During checkin, the receptionist, a gentleman, told us the onsite parking lot was full and we could park at Central park garage which is a couple of blocks away, the hotel would stamp the parking ticket and the cost would be paid by the hotel. "What a beautiful place! Everything was wonderful, from the amazing welcome, the beautiful cave rooms, the smiling and helpful staff. We enjoyed a couples massage in the spa which was one of the best deep tissue massages. Must stay in Crete!!!"
