"I was attending a conference locally, stayed 3 nights and had everything I needed for that stay. My room was clean and aired, with good linen, heating and a fridge available. A very handy walk to supermarkets, and cafe/restaurants. The only downside to my stay was the INFORMATION regarding parking (not the property's lack of parking). A pre-arrival email stated that parking was limited, was on a first come first served basis, but not available to guests who booked through Expedia... Trying...

"The worst part was the fire alarm (false alarm) that went off at 2:30am for an hour, as staff didn't have the key to access utility room to turn it off. Wild. With a baby out in the cold air, this was unacceptable, and we had to sit in our car waiting until the locksmith finally arrived. This debacle was all after the spa next door was running with jets until midnight until I called to complain, was sorted, but then that room was playing loud music until 1:30am,again until I called staff to get...
