The cabin was not stand alone. The map suggests that it may be divided into two however there were at least 4 single rooms attached to ours which were not sound proofed, so could hear everything from the other rooms. We had a lovely stay. Maria and Tony are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The views from the house are wonderful, tye room and bed very comfortable and having ac was great. Highly recommended
