"Check in process was easy, staff was very kind and helpful during initial check in. We were promised 3 water bottles as we had 3 guests sharing a room, one bottle was already in the room, we were informed we would get the other 2 later. We waited overnight and decided to go ask for ourselves the next morning. "The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain! "

"Great location for La Défense. Room was spacious & nicely decorated-lovely toiletries in bathroom. The check-in was very slow as was checkout-would definitely advise doing check in on line. Food was good quality"

"Understanding that is Paris and there's likely no AC anywhere. The rooms were still very hot and were without any fans. The staff was extremely friendly though which helped to improve the situation. Would recommend if on a tight budget."
